Welcome to Ma Ma Creek State School—a vibrant, close-knit learning community where every student is known, supported and encouraged to thrive. As a small 2-teacher school, we embrace a flexible and personalised approach to education, allowing us to tailor learning to each child’s strengths, interests and needs. Our multi-age philosophy enriches this approach, ensuring students learn at a level appropriate to them while continually being challenged to achieve their personal best.

We proudly offer a broad and engaging curriculum supported by specialist teachers. Students from Year 4 can participate in our Instrumental Music Program, learning brass, woodwind or percussion. Japanese (LOTE) is introduced from Year 3, allowing students to develop language skills and cultural understanding from an early age. Our students also enjoy interschool sports, combined excursions and a variety of outdoor learning opportunities that make full use of our beautiful local surroundings.

A highlight of our school calendar is the yearly combined camp program, which includes a Canberra trip every 3 years for students in Years 4–6. These experiences foster independence, teamwork and lifelong memories.

At Ma Ma Creek State School, we are deeply connected to our community, with many families having long-term links across generations. Our dedicated staff build strong relationships with students and their families, ensuring every child feels safe, valued and supported to grow as a learner and as a person.

We look forward to welcoming you into the Ma Ma Creek community and sharing the exceptional opportunities our school provides.
