Welcome to Ma Ma Creek State School. Our school is a thriving and busy two teacher school. We use our size to maintain a flexible approach to schooling that leads to direct benefits for our students. The students in our school enjoy a cooperative, safe learning environment. The students are predominantly from the local area with some students being second and third generation in the school. The school currently has students ranging across all year levels from Prep to Year 6. Our students engage in a number of outdoor activities in and around the local area and many are members of local sporting clubs and community groups.
Our school operates under a multi-age philosophy that enables us to cater to all students' learning needs at an individual level. Each of our students is not hindered but rather aided by the context of a multi-age classroom, where they can experience and learn at a level appropriate to them while being constantly challenged to achieve to the best of their ability. The school is characterised by the intimate knowledge staff have of students and their families and the ability of staff to use this knowledge to tailor education to suit each individual's context and needs.
